Role: Social Media Coordinator
Purpose: Manage organic and paid social campaigns
Responsible To: Brand Manager
Location: Exigo® Factory
Schedule: Full-time Permanent, Money to Friday

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to work from our UK Factory based in Rochdale. As a Social Media Coordinator, it will be your responsibility for planning, creating, and coordinating all social media campaigns including paid and organic, which will drive interest, engagement, and conversions for the brand. You will report to the Brand Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Manage multiple Exigo® social media profiles across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan content and delivery using scheduling tools to manage multiple social media channels.
• Develop and manage campaigns and competitions that promote Exigo®.
• Create and execute paid advertisements through social media to generate leads and conversions.
• Manage marketing budgets and ad spend effectively.
• Write engaging blog posts and articles.
• Create engaging multimedia content and/or delegate efficiently.
• Form key relationships with influencers across Exigo® social media platforms.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to post interaction and messages.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on the performance on organic and paid social media posts.
• Analyse competitor activity

KEY SKILLS

• A solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform.
• Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation.
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced using Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent in data analysis and interpreting statistics
• Understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation
