The WCF training programme is completely free, however, all they ask is you to pay £15 for two training tops to train in.

You will also need a gum shield and a pair of boxing gloves to take part, available to buy here or as a starter set.

Buy a new pair of gloves from us, shipped straight to your door. The advantage is that they are your own so they are cleaner, brand new and can be used by you after the experience. They are also approved by WCF as the correct gloves to use in terms of specification and quality.

Please be aware, only approved Exigo® gloves can be worn on your match at the end of the WCF program. If you buy a pair, you can use them for your match, if not, WCF can lend you a pair on the event night (the same applies to the head guard).
