You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of cancelled goods to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Cleaning or disinfectant/sanitizing spray should not be sprayed directly onto the frame, it can remove the paint and cause rust. Any damage to products from chemical cleaning products voids the product warranty.
